Aditi Nandan, MD of Aamatya Media Info. Pvt. Ltd is a dreamer, progressive liberal thinker, explorer, traveler and an entrepreneur.

Someone who believes in the philosophy of - ‘A consistent effort is precondition for success’.

He began his career as a Publicist in an Advertising & Marketing firm which he himself established. In his quest to do something substantial and more meaningful, he along with his two team mates conceived the idea to work in the field of Tourism Development for the state of Bihar. An area which has the highest potential to bring massive qualitative change in the life’s of the people of the state, otherwise a dead subject. This led to many years of wandering. During the course they covered all 38 districts of Bihar, exploring, documenting, identifying, retracing, re- finding many known, unknown and popular sites which has Potential to grow as Tourist Destinations. Eventually creating the largest data bank of literature, pictures and videos!

In early months of 2012, Invitation from Government of Bihar was a major turn of events. Research and Ideation was appreciated and since then there is no looking back. 24 books are published, Dept. of Tourism’s entire publicity material were given new meaning and outlook, new write ups were created  better pragmatic strategy was evolved.

Mr. Nandan’s expert opinions were part of Tourism strategy of the state. He co-presented the Paper on ‘Strategy for Tourism in Bihar’ in Bihar Global Partnership Summit 2012. He was also a panel speaker of India – Japan Global Partnership Summit 2013. He has also given lectures and presentations on several other platforms of national/ international repute. His works are also published by leading newspapers.

He has won many awards since early days. He was among the state toppers of +2, he also won VC and Principal Gold Medals and was the winner of state level Essay Competition on Gandhi. In DU, he won quite a few debate competitions. He was selected by SSB but had to leave for personal reasons. Later for his contribution, he along with team mates was given ‘Sadbhavana Samman’ by GoB, Dept. of Tourism. He is also awarded as ‘Times Men of the Year’ by Times of India, Patna.

He is also an Entrepreneur and along with 2 core team members has been instrumental in creating 3 Brands in Bihar – Aamatya Media, Artzindia (Recognised & funded by Dept. of Industry among first few Startups) and Xtremeroads. In last 3-4 years they have done extensive research & exploration and documentation of 200 Rock Shelters containing Rock Paintings of Mesolithic-Historical age in Bihar. The area of work was in Red Corridor and is in the remotest part of Bihar.

Grand Trunk Road Initiatives is his Brain Child. It’s an attempt to bring together Important Voices of Bihar to have a constructive dialog.
