Sh. Dhruv Sharma is a Public Policy, Governance and Election Campaign management expert and has successfully spearheaded numerous government campaigns and managed over six state election(s).

Sh. Sharma has also served as one of the youngest Additional Private Secretary to the Union Minister (IC) for Civil Aviation, Tourism and Culture and Minister of State for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India.

In 2014, Mr. Sharma was one of the core Founding members with I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee) while working with the office of the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Bihar, and was instrumental in preparing the policy document "Bihar Government and its commitment to the future of Bihar".
The document became the most integral part of 'Nitish Nishchay', Bihar's vision document worth Rs 2,71000 crore in 2015
