An engineering graduate from IIT Madras, Uttam Keshri chose entrepreneurship over a conventional corporate career and joined the family business immediately after graduation. Since then, he has been actively involved in transforming PALAN G INDUSTRIES PVT LTD into one of the growing furniture manufacturing brands across East India.

What makes the journey distinctive is that the company’s manufacturing foundation was built from Jehanabad, a small town in Bihar where large-scale manufacturing opportunities and industrial ecosystems were traditionally limited. Starting from such a location required persistence, long-term vision, and the confidence to compete with established players from bigger industrial cities.

Under his leadership, the company has focused on quality-driven manufacturing, modern product designs, strong dealer relationships, and expanding distribution networks across multiple states. His approach combines technical understanding with practical execution, helping the organization grow steadily while maintaining operational discipline and customer trust.
