Dr.Singh has been always active on social platform since early school & college days because of upbringing in a family where both parents were social activists.

While medical college parent gave instruction to look after all aling persons coming from our village for treatment in city. Influenced by the parent helpful association with common people and respect they received.

During higher school days worked as volunteer collecting grain & cloths for drought stricken during drought and flood in city or any where in Bihar.

During third year medical college Dr.Singh took initiative to organised health camp at north Bengal- east Bengal ( indo-Bangala desh ) boarder in April 1971 just within fortnight of beginning hostilities between Pakistan Mukti Bahani . Team of medical students and physicians maintained the medical relief camp by rotation till end hostility .Apart refuses we looked after boarder guards as well. He was awarded College Colour by PMCH college authority .
