Nitish Mishra has more than 27 years of experience in professional and public life. He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Global Political Economy from the University of Hull, United Kingdom (1998) and was a recipient of the British Foreign and Commonwealth (Chevening) Scholarship. Did MBA from FORE School of Management, New Delhi and Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands (1995), Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Delhi (1994) and Certificate of Completion for the Emerging Leader's Programme (November 2016), from John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Executive Education. He has served as a Minister, Sugarcane Development, Disaster Management, Rural Development and Social Welfare Department , Govt. of Bihar between 2005 – 2015. During his Tenure as minister , Department of Rural Development, Govt. of Bihar received 3 national awards from the Government of India He has been identified as one of the Promising Social Entrepreneur by Digital Partners, a Seattle based organisation for project E-Health (2002). Winner of Pepsi MTV Youth Icon 2008. Recognized among Thirty Indian Young Leaders by the British High Commission, New Delhi (2013). He was also Nominated for Fame India – CVoter Survey ‘Minister No.-1 and was voted for rank-2 for his performance as Minister, Rural Development in 2013. He was awarded British Foreign and Commonwealth (Chevening) Scholarship (1997). He presently is the vice president of BJP, Bihar and Member Legislative Assembly from Jhanjharpur (Madhubani). This is his 4th term as a MLA.

Dr S.Siddharth is a 1991 batch IAS officer. He obtained his Doctoral Degree in Information Technology from the IIT, Delhi. He had graduated in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT, Delhi (1987), and also an MBA to his credit from IIM, Ahmedabad (1989). He is presently the Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar. He also holds the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Industries Department and also Industrial Development Commissioner. He has held various posts in his long career of more than 25 years as District Magistrate of Districts of Muzzafarpur, Bhojpur, Aurangabad and Lohardaga. He served in the Government of India as Director, Ministry of Heavy Industries. The officer also worked in the capacity of Secretary to Hon’ble Chief Minister, Bihar, Secretary Urban Development, Secretary Rural Works Department, Secretary Labour, Secretary Info & Tech Dept. and Principal Secretary Industries Department. He was responsible for drafting the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act 2014, Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rules 2014, Bihar Building Bye-laws 2014. He was very instrumental in initiating the process of preparation of DPR for the Patna Metro and the master plan for Patna Metropolitan Area. Dr Siddharth was the one who drafted the Bihar Industrial Policy 2016, Bihar Investment Act 2016, Bihar Investment Rules 2016 and Bihar Startup Policy 2017. The officer was also responsible for guiding Ease of Business reforms in all other departments which are responsible for giving clearances with respect to setting up of Industry. The officer was also the Principal Secretary, Sugar Cane Department, Chairman BIADA, Chairman Bihar Khadi and Village Industries Commission and CEO Bihar Foundation. Dr. Siddharth specializes in areas of Commerce, Industrial Investments and E-Governance. He is also a professional wild life photographer, loves to play badminton, and has recently edited a book on Handicrafts in Bihar.

Alok Mishra is Director DRAM design at Micron Technology, Hyderabad where he is working for last five years. He is currently leading the HBM design development program with foundry partners. Earlier he successfully led verification of many leading-edge DRAM designs at Micron where he pioneered in bringing many innovations is the way DRAMs are designed and verified, to bring improvement in functionality, coverage and cycle time. Prior to joining Micron, Alok was associated with STMicroelectronics for 22 years in wide variety of roles including memory compiler development, design data management and finally as Mixed-Signal design Verification leader of Automotive Inertial sensor product where he focused on ISO26262 standard functional safety evaluation. His expertise includes Verilog, System Verilog, UVM, silicon qualification and memory IP design. He has a B.Tech.(EE) from IIT, Roorkee in 1996.
